🛒 How to Order
It's super easy! Browse the collection, choose your piece and fill in any personalisation details (name, initials, size). Then tap Order via WhatsApp — it'll open a pre-filled message with all your order details. We'll confirm within a few hours and send you payment info. Done! 🐚
Yes! Every product page has an Order via Email button too. It opens your email app with a pre-filled message. Send it to hello@shellicious.au and we'll get back to you within 24 hours.
Once we confirm your order we'll send you a payment link. We accept bank transfer (BSB/Account), PayID, and PayPal. Payment is required before we start making your piece.
Absolutely! Select the gift wrapping option on the product page (+$5 AUD). We'll wrap your piece beautifully with tissue paper, a shell, and a handwritten note card. Just let us know the message you'd like on the card when you order.
Yes! Just message us on WhatsApp or email and list everything you'd like. We'll combine them into one order and you'll only pay shipping once.
✍️ Personalisation
Currently, personalisation (name or initials) is available on the Shell Cover — Custom Name (phone case) and the Raffia Tote — Monogram (bag). The Cowrie Stack Bracelet will also offer an initial charm option when it launches. All other pieces are available as-is, but feel free to ask if you'd like something special!
For the phone case: up to 8 characters (e.g. ISABELLA, IZZY, E.M.G.).
For the raffia tote monogram: up to 3 initials (e.g. MDG or E.R.).
Yes! We can do uppercase, lowercase, and simple punctuation (dots, hyphens). If you want something special — a symbol, a word in a particular style — just let us know in the notes and we'll do our best.
For larger orders we can send a digital mock-up before production. For standard orders, we'll share a photo of the finished piece before shipping so you can approve it.
📦 Shipping & Delivery
Every piece is handmade to order. Production time is 3–5 business days from the moment payment is received. During busy periods (e.g. Christmas, Valentine's Day) it may be up to 7 days — we'll always let you know.
Australia: 2–5 business days via Australia Post.
New Zealand: 5–10 business days.
USA / Europe: 7–14 business days.
Rest of world: 10–21 business days.

All orders are sent with tracking. You'll receive your tracking number as soon as your parcel is dispatched.
Australia: Free shipping on all orders. 🎉
International: A flat shipping rate applies — we'll include the exact cost when we confirm your order. We use Sendle for international orders (great rates, carbon-neutral).
Yes! We ship to most countries. If you're unsure whether we ship to your country, just send us a message on WhatsApp and we'll check for you.
↩️ Returns & Refunds
Because every piece is made to order (and often personalised), we generally don't accept change-of-mind returns. However, we fully comply with the Australian Consumer Law — if your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we will replace it or refund you in full. Just contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
We're so sorry! Please take a photo and message us on WhatsApp or email hello@shellicious.au within 7 days. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Yes, but only within 24 hours of placing your order and before production has started. After that, we've already begun making your piece and cancellations aren't possible. Message us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
🐚 Care Guide
Shell jewellery loves a gentle life. To keep it looking beautiful:

• Avoid prolonged exposure to saltwater, chlorine and harsh chemicals (sunscreen, perfume).
• Put jewellery on after applying sunscreen and perfume.
• Store in a cool, dry place — the pouch we ship with is perfect.
• Clean gently with a soft damp cloth. No scrubbing.
The rope belt and bracelets are water-friendly (natural cord loves the sea!). For the gold-plated jewellery (rings, earrings), it's best to remove them before swimming to prolong the gold plating. A quick rinse with fresh water after ocean contact is always a good idea.
Spot clean only with a lightly damp cloth. Do not submerge in water or machine wash — this can distort the natural raffia weave. Keep out of prolonged direct sunlight to prevent fading.
All our metal pieces use 18k gold-plated stainless steel, which is much more durable than standard gold plating. With proper care (no harsh chemicals, storing when not worn) they should stay beautiful for years. If you notice any fading, get in touch — we stand behind our quality.
